The kryptonians were not as powerful as Kal-El.Faora was weakened by Kal-El exposing her super senses. The same sensroy overload that laid Zod on the floor helpless. And even then Faora blocked the missile with the palm of her hand.
Show me Surfer knocking out someone of the kryptonian's caliber with his regular blasts.

Hulk treated bullets like minor irritants also and we see K-nians dodge it as well. You don't dodge things that can't hurt you.

But that big Kryptonian got the better of Superman in their exchange, why would he be weaker?Sensory overload was definitely mentally painful like a nasty headache but didn't the missile straight up knock her out? Action scenes kind of blurring at this point.
