this.....i think i pleaded my case wrong, i initially wanted iceman but i know he's solidly in the low herald tier and curry wouldnt accept it so i chose the next best thing. i think the issue is his immortality and his instant regen, plus charlotte was hating on me lol

Not completely true. BOTH have to have intact consciousness to reconstitute themselves. So either you allow Iceman's reconstitution or disallow Samdman's. BTW, in previous tourney they both (along with Metamorpho) were banned due to "beyond killability limit" since they can reconstitute themselves as long as there's moisture/sand/etc around.
Initial thoughts on the mind/equipment picks:
- wouldn't Jean's powers be considered a "powers" pick not "mind" based? What am I missing here?
- Same with Emma. Ruling?
- Qubit's drafter will need to remember the limits on constructs.
- Probably a few straddling the line. I'll let others bring them up though. None are screaming at me like PG last round.

That's actually wrong. It's not a black hole at all. She can make it into a dimensional portal (think Spot dimension eating punches or energy attacks) to phase herself or absorb attacks.
I didn't choose that bio to send to curry. The powers are fine, but that line is inaccurate. That was his choice to post the comic vine bio.
Technically her suit is called a piece of the fabric of the universe. It's exceedingly vague. Basically grants her the powers listed in the bio though. But not a black hole.
i don't know qubit at all so can't really comment. dark angel should be fine.
but.....arion. 😐 has there been a new52 arion i don't know about? the most casual glance at his respect thread will reveal that classic arion is....stupidly beyond this tier, and i didn't think we could neuter characters to get them under the caps. now the character did undergo many changes, so maybe there is a specific era that he is being drafted from, but that pick needs a little more splainin', si?

To be honest I find Arion and Dark Angel to be in the same threat level.
In the end, I really don't care. In this tournament you can push the limit of what is, and isn't allowed. When it's all said, and done. My character will not be equalized, and will be far more powerful than anything, anyone has come up with.
The joy, I get out if it. All where picks well within the limit. Hehahaha
