Errrmm... M'gann at the top of her game barely managed to fight to draw with Supergirl twice. Wake me up when combo "M'gann+Storm" is enough to give a beating on a shielded from magic Supes.
I was going only by "Depowered era feats". Also, if one character = 2 high end high metas, then...it's certainly doubtful one.

his only "items " are his star gem. the big red jewel on his chest that stores light energy as a power source. Unless your talking about the power sticks that held his fathers essence ( which he obviously would not get because thet aren't "normally" carried or his fathers citidel ( one time deal only). no I wasnt after them.
I was after his combat ability (master swordsman, in the words of Lady chen had reached the level of a master by his second or third lesson, and highly skilled H2H combattant) combined with his low level magics/ psionics. Like I said Vic Sage will give me both ( to a slightly lesser degree)
Since Arion is in question I'll assume Dr Occult is Well and truly off the table

Neither can Arion without outside power sources feeding him. He never fought ( with his own power) anythng above a skmilar level wizard, a primitive or technology like space shops and air craft. all of which he was evenly matched with or only slightly above. Using his paionics he has NEVER been able to attack anyone only probe. his shileds have collapsed under technology blasts.
I realize Arion and Dark Angel have stolen the headlines, but does anyone want to object to Tony? I'm not sure I do - he's historically been a kiss of death to whoever drafts him at this level - but current IM is listed as low herald, and pre-Bleeding Edge isn't that much lower.
Borderline, of course. I'm not taking a hard stance on him. But he deserves at least passing scrutiny before we move on to the Powers draft.

ah, extremis is an interesting choice, if that is what was drafted..... if it's classic tony, i don't have any real problem with it, despite his upward move.
i do have a question (maybe answered already...) but i recall 30sec of prep time, correct? but i don't recall WHERE the prep time is supposed to take place. anyone know?

Give me tonight with DA. I'm operating from a position of weakness here at work. So far we have one over-the-limit feat that we're investigating for context, and nothing else. Her base powers aren't over; I can say that with some certainty. But we do need to look into the feat Id posted.
