Mu lays them all out with one epic pimp slap. Now note, there appears to be an editorial mistake in the artwork in this sequence. If you look closely at the page it appears that Namor is among the group of Class 100s that are laid out by the backhand in panel 5. However, on the very next page:

Namor even comments "He felled them with a casual backhand blow". This sequence can be interpreted as:Namor might be misplaced but that doesn't mean thor was there too. Thor wasn't shown anywhere in the group lying down too.A) Namor was the only member of the group that jumped Mu and was unfazed by the slap unlike his peers, and the slap somehow placed him back at Hulk's position.
B) A mistake was made in the art. Namor was shown in the group rather than Thor, though after the slap from Mu Thor is apparently among the group of people lying on the floor since Namor and Hulk are the only people left standing.
C) Namor was in two places at once and Thor didn't enter the fight at all.

Honestly, while Hal and Kyle will inevitably get the ridiculous whacked out high end feats, it's apparent (at least to me) that the four Earth Lanterns could all wind up besting one another on any given average day.

I've fallen off of GL around the New 52, but prior to that, across the GL Corps and Emerald Warriors titles, I was given the impression that while Hal is the "main" titular Green Lantern, narration often placed them so close to one another it wouldn't be a clear decisive victory for him and a case could be made for the others.
