Yes? I mean, that's feats for you, he's done a lot. All Dooku has going for him if you put it in the same terms is 'being stronger than some Jedi with a lot of experience.' Describing him that way and then throwing a 'no' at the end doesn't affect the strength.
This is more just assuming they're weaker without being able to back it up.
