It appears to be yellow strings of energy that may resemble lightning in some fashion.
And strangely enough you seem to have failed to respond to (about half of) my other points, where I task you to prove that electricity always travels at lightning-speeds. I've already said that its probably magic lightning of some sort. However, magic lightning is not the same as actual lightning.

In some places you can see the color changing into another. Its sparkling and at the bottom it resembles blue and white fire. Theres also some sort of smoky blackness around it. Probably because magic.
