Quality>Quantity. I'd rather they take their time then shovel out shit like IM2.

What DC is doing now is equivalent to marvel putting cap and Thor in Iron Man 2 without previous solo movies.
The difference is people already know who Batman and, to a lesser extant, Wonder Woman are. Neither of them really need an origin movie. Beyond that we don't know how large of a role WW will have in SvB. For all we know it may be nothing more than a cameo.

Isn't it funny when people say they shouldn't "rush" things then when they push it back 10 months to better the quality of the film, they complain even more! 😂
Gotta love the internet.

That's true but they were building up the shared universe during that wait. They weren't just making us wait and wait for the next step in the shared universe franchise like WB seems to be doing. But I'm hoping the set back is due to some really amazing new stuff they're trying to work out. And I'm hoping we get another DC solo outing by that year too. And I'm hoping when Justice League finally comes its going to be the most entertaining comic book movie to date. It certainly has the potential to be.
That's what I mean: They built up anticipation by giving us those movies, AND they made sure that when Avengers happened, people had less to ***** about if their favourite character wasn't well represented in certain scenes?
You want to see more Cap? Watch his movie. Thor? Watch his. And so on and so forth. They were able to give us movies while at the same time getting us excited for Avengers.

Yeah except making a movie good or s*** is nothing to do with time. Most great superhero movies are done in 2 years. Which was the best Ramai Spider-Man? Most people say Spider-Man 2. Which was the worst? Almost everyone says Spider-Man 3. Well Spider-Man 2 was done in 2 years. Spider-Man 3 took 3 years. Fat load of good that extra year did.
So the only positive reason to set the movie back like that (after already having confirmed an earlier release date) would be if they suddenly realize this is going to be s*** so need to start over. I don't see how that inspires any kind of confidence though.
I just hope to GOD that the reason for pushing it back is to do with some broader plans, or some movie politics going on or something, and not the fact that they have to redo the story/script.

Yeah except this was never rushed. You guys need to put things in perspective here. The Amazing Spiderman 2 is out in a few months. That's 2 years after the first one, and the 3rd one is already announced 2 years later (same time as MOS2 now).
Your buddy John Campea who you've posted above made it perfectly clear that this move shows their incompetence. There's nothing to be relieved about and no good defense for this. We should be B****ing why they ever confirmed the release date for this if they did not have things properly worked out. And we should complain why WB doesn't have a proper plan in place which they have the confidence to stick to.

I never said it was rushed. They have a plan and I'm almost certain they pushed it back because of the script. Which what Terrio is doing. Like John said, I'm still very enthusiastic about the movie being made and I think it will be even better, because of the delay. Or it could suck. Either way, we'll find out. 😂

I don't know what's going on in their heads but let's just hope they know what they are doing. MOS had a good boxoffice take of like 688 million worldwide. Iron Man started out at 585 in 2008 and was followed by the Incredible Hulk which flopped and they still went ahead with their plans.
it would really be nice if WB had some sort of similar strategy/plan that mirrors what Marvel has done then all the negativity would go away

Rewrites happen all the time in Hollywood, though. Not too surprising. Which is why the MOS sequel has been pushed back
The final script of Green Lantern lacked the charm, character development, and franchise inticacies of the original draft. The ironic part of the whole thing was that the first and final draft were 60% the same.
I refuse to believe DC shouldn't have their own studio because of Green Lantern. It wasn't DC's fault that Green Lantern was underwhelming. It was WB's fault when they hired a new writer to remove everything that would've made the movie good.
We need WB/DC to plan for and produce Wonder Woman and either Flash, Aquaman, or Green Lantern movies while we wait for Batman/Superman. Marvel had their plan for their universe up until to 2015 all the way back in 2006.

I agree it's WB's fault, but a separate studio isn't happening. So, you should stop thinking about it. WB's the most profitable studio in the world. They're happy with a super hero movie or two a year just like any other studio. Once the ball gets rolling, we'll see more DC movies as stated by Kevin.

nah, that is supposition on your part... WB is dropping the ball .. No one really believes except you perhaps what they are selling.. the thing is WB is selling a bunch of bullshiite instead of putting out product .

Believe what? The movie just got pushed back. That's all. It's still coming out, which will have WW, Superman, and Batman.
its because the damn film got pushed back which it should have never been in the first damn place.. it just continues for me to believe and think that the film is in trouble and budget will skyrocket.. who is to say that early next year WB will come up with some shiit and say they have to push the film back once more.. Skinny Gal will most likely be in the film a short time since supposedly the film is still going to be about Kal.. They really should give a much better reason as to why the film was pushed back in the first place because script re writes do not take months to do and the so called Affleck injury never was

Like John said, it's a good thing. Stop being so negative. I rather they slow things down and get it right then have a mediocre movie. Ben Affleck is still Batman/Bruce Wayne, so deal with it.

who cares what John said.. I don't care.. Nothing was being rushed as they were just starting to film..
so you can't handle negativity, not me..
deal with what, Afflleck as Batman, who the frack cares about that now, however IF HE DOES SUCK THEN YOU BETTER COME IN HERE AND TAKE WHAT I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT IT.. oh and btw how was Runner, Runner???

Cause he has good points. Again, I want a quality movie. If that means to slow production then that means slow production. lol at can't handle negativity.
You'll say Affleck sucks whether he is good or not.

so does that mean that this person has a stake in the production of the film???
lol at quality when that doesn't mean a damn thing whether production is fast or slow.. again they just started filming so nothing was being rushed..
that is because Affleck does suck at acting.. btw nice dodge at not answering about Runner, Runner
