Why do so many of you get worked up by how much money films make? Does it affect your enjoyment of a movie in any way?
Or is it just so you can come on here and do some Internet dick-wagging by saying the movie you thought was going to be "better" than a movie someone else said would be is more financially successful. Like there's any correlation between those two things?

How much money a movie makes is just another feat for the DC fanboys to either brag about or cry about when it's a Marvel movie that makes more. non-DC fanboys just enjoy watching the meltdowns.

It can't be just that. Look at people arguing over whether Johnny Depp or Will Smith films make more money. Who cares? Why would that have any bearing on whether someone prefers one film over another?

If any of you have fb, ask your friends which they prefer more, bvs s or civil war, so far everyone has said DC which I was surprised at. Not that that really means anything
I have fb.. I'm in a few groups.. one is all dc, one is all marvel.. one is all star wars.. one combines all companies// point is though in which a certain poster on here seems to not comprehend is just because something on fb is trending or will liked doesn't mean diddly squat..
Wilkinson on Affleck as Batman:
"I think people are going to be blown away by his Bruce Wayne and his Batman," Wilkinson told PEOPLE at the 18th Costume Designers Guild Awards on Tuesday night. "It just feels right, like he was born to be this character.""He's sexy, he's smart and seductive," he said. "He's strong and a little intimidating and scary, he's a real brawler, there's nothing precious about his Bruce Wayne. He rolls up his sleeves and gets it done."
"I remember he just kind of looked at himself in the mirror, pretty happy with how he looked," he said. "The costume is very intimidating and huge and I think he intimidated himself when he looked in the mirror, so that's a good sign."
So what should fans expect from the upcoming film?
"Hold onto your socks because they're about to blown off," he said.

I don't understand. Neither movie is out yet. How could they "prefer" one over the other?
You mean they're more excited for BvS? That makes sense. It's the 2 most Iconic superheroes together for the first time.
But if I were to guess based on established records of both companies and the film directors, I'd say Civil War will be the better movie.

Hope it's not as disappointing as AOU.
