^ That's the first outright negative feedback on Batfleck from the reviews that have started to come out. Hopefully its just a one-off opinion and doesn't turn out to be true.

The Nolan Batman series were dark and Grimm, with little humor and they all have good reviews.
If you do it right for the appropriate characters then it works.
Snyder and Co don't seem to understand this and just try to make things edgy for the sake of being cool.
Also all the stuff they tried to rush instead of taking their time.

Any tone or mood can be pulled off. Nolan executed the darkness and grimness of batman beautifully whereas Snyder failed to do the same in MoS 👆

Exactly, so complaining about the tone being too dark is stupid 👆
Daredevil is as dark and as grimm as they get, and it's frigging Awesome.

That's because "darkness and grimness" actually fits Batman's character.
Exactly, so a film that's 50%+ Batman should fit that tone perfect 👆
Originally posted by Silent MasterI think it would've been intriguing and unique if MoS was about Superman being a beacon of light and a bright spot in an otherwise dark and grim world. Unfortunately Snyder made Superman dark and grim also, but it could've worked in better hands.

Sure, if you only care that the tone fits one of the 5 or so characters. other people would like to have elements in the movie that fits their favorite characters.

I've always been more of a Batman fan because he's more like Daredevil and less like Punisher...he doesn't kill people. It's just one of the many things about Batman that I and lots of other fans love....and Snyder took that away....FFS.

Darth Thor is getting destroyed with logic. Let's see how the fanboy responds.
