Doubt that will happen. Because the whole story set up in BvS with the Visions and the Future Message, and the ending, was obviously done with a certain story they had in mind for JL. Zack's story. So the JL story could seem seriously muddled if they suddenly get rid of him, and start changing the story around.
Also it's hard to tell how many of this movie's faults are Zack's fault, and how many are WB's fault.
But I think they will make some changes. However much this makes, they know very well they would make a lot more if the critic ratings were much higher. Perhaps put someone "better" on as Producer to watch over the film?

Anyhow about your IM3 example. Yeah there has been other shitty movies like the Fantastic Four franchise, Batman & Robin, Amazing Spiderman 2, IM3 (this wasnt shitty because it was badly make. It was because the content and the story and portrayal of IM) Thats what made it bad for me.
The thing is you dont see super fan boys raving about those movies until this day like they were good movies. Everyone generally accepts that they are bad movies and moves on. On the other hand, there are people that to this day still rave that MOS was a masterpiece and that its better than most super hero movies. Even though most know it was an average movie at best. Same thing I see happening to BvS. People are claiming its one of the best movies ever, and I see this continuing for a long time just like MOS. Like I said you dont see continuous raving about Fant4stic. Thats why you dont see continuous shitting on that movie. If it ever comes up in a conversation then , yeah people will trash it.
The thing is , no matter how shitty any of the DCU movies are or will be. People will always say they were good movies and support them because they are fans of the characters and want badly for the DCU to succeed. Even if that means convincing themselves that a shitty movie is good.
This just harms the DCU because the same people in charge of making these bad films will stay on board continuing making these bad films.
