I'm aware of that, but there are plenty of soul drinkers out there; many of which probably aren't as strong as Khan. He's got SOME stats and abilities, but not enough to qualify for High IMO. He would have to outclass the likes of Evil Cole and most prolific Sonic characters, which he's definitely NOT doing.

Edit: It has just occurred to me that Khan inherits the abilities of the souls he's taken, but I'm not quite sure how much that amounts to.

Anyways, no, it doesn't. Early Dante is at least High Meta, and I see little to suggest the same for Khan. Care to provide feats/showings? That would definitely help.

IIRC Book!Gandalf's battle with the Balrog was meant to him cast a spell that shatters the top of the mountain, along with other feats above that apparently. Film!Gandalf shot fireworks and had a giant glowstick..

Pride is a solid mid meta I'd say.
