Between Stewie Griffon and Fi. awesomeI don't really know.
Where would you kind people place Raoh from Fist of the North Star?
And I'd place Raoh in the same tier as Kenshiro tbh :0. Here's a profile on Lavos, http://outskirtsbattledome.wikispaces.com/Character+Profile+-+Lavos
God that noise of his is one of the worst sounds in my opinion and not as in shitty but as in it's just not pleasant, and it sounds like things are about to go to hell but since he can just casually rain death from the skies I guess it's fitting lol...the noise still makes me cringe to this day.

When did asking the makers become a tactic here guys? mmm
'spin X round Earth' feats always gets me questioning. Mainly how the character rarely if ever shows application on that level outside of that rotation thing. Anyhow, has anything really changed from before that gmail post? Swear sun moving was the reason she got that placement in the first place O.o
Originally posted by BloodRainBefore this I was assuming Celestia moved the Earth since logic. The writers say she moves the sun around the Earth, and the sun is the same size as ours, which means she has no aid from orbital forces, lol. She legit TK's the sun like a boss. I'm thinking HH now, FTL movement and solar system+ TK power, the Princesses are hax. If they had durability feats that'd be great. As it stands, though, glass cannons.

Does she use that TK offensively, or is it just a Sun thing, ala Helios, Ra, etc.
But yeah, if she can actually telekinetically manipulate a friggin star from far away, then at least Mid Herald to High Herald.
~ Hmm, BR, Dante (DmC) for Mid Meta? What about Vergil (DmC)? He should be in the same tier obviously, but he becomes more powerful at the end of Downfall.

watch until 1:29-ish.
They can move celestial bodies due to their 'unicorn powers'. Which is basically TK and other assorted magic which unicorns use to substitute for hands and date rape drugs.
After banishing Luna, who despite being the night Princess could prevent Celestia from raising the sun on her own power, (Luna is implied to be more powerful by the series and also by Lauren Faust) Celestia takes over moving the moon as well as the sun.
When Nightmare Moon (Luna in the midst of a psychotic episode which drove her to omnicidal lengths, apparently) returns, she banishes Celestia and traps her inside the sun in vengeance, and once again brings about eternal night.
It's worth noting that Luna returned from the Moon and banished Celestia to the sun in all of about 2 seconds, and that Celestia's return from the sun is also expedient, these horses can move FTL, survive inside the sun and manipulate stars with TK. haermm

Don't listen to Shin, he's an idiot. The horses are not FTL, and their moving the sun and moon is the only impressive thing we've seen them do.
Still thinking Mid just for the questionings, for now (like that application/offensively thing which to me is important).

Double seconded for MM.
Vergil was weaker before Downfall, both the final fight and Dante's cocky "I'm a better fighter (or stronger?)" line suggest that much. Downfall likely made them even, or tipping in his favour.

Only you would assume that a character that has shown the power to teleport would obviously be FTL based on an unseen speed feat.

Hurr.
Originally posted by BloodRainThis is all but outright stated in the intro.
Whether she can use that TK in any other situation.

We see the sun rise. Then we see a ball of light flash inside of the window.
Then we see Celestia appear out of it.
Shut the **** up. 👆

You mean the part where we see her travel from the sun? Lol. Get out of my thread.

Vergil was weaker, but not to the point where he'd be an entire tier lower. Post Downfall, he's definitely stronger IMO, but not to the point where he'd be in an entirely different tier.
So yeah, glad you agree, Dante (DmC) and Vergil (DmC) for Mid Meta.
Also, do we have to put our votes in the official thread for Scream to tally?

We've never seen her cause that kind of destruction in combat, but this is MLP, it's not that kind of show. We do know is that this intrinsic power, not 'because you're a Sun Goddess' benefits.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zRwtAcMATuc

So Psychotic Luna > Celestia = Luna?
But yeah, if she's actually capable of juggling a planetoid and a star with her powers, then at the very least Mid Herald.
Solid High Herald if she's FTL (how'd you get that?) and can survive inside the Sun.
EDIT: Just saw that second clip. I'm with Nemebro, looks more like teleporting to me as opposed to an actual physical movement feat.
But holy sheet, she moved the Sun at FTL speeds.
