Nonetheless, I still don't see it actually putting him above Sidious in terms of physical prowess. I mean, him holding off Maul and Savage simultaneously is a pretty beastly feat. Savage alone is a hulking rage monster that can knock Dooku on his ass, and beat Ventress silly. Maul with his force-enhanced strength was able to power through Opress in their short little match. Sidious holding them both off at the same time while cackling like a madman is pretty beastly.

They're pretty delicately structured internally, but being devices that can survive for millennium and were practically designed to be a forever holding instrument of knowledge, then yeah, I'd assume they're pretty sturdy, no?

Yeah, when he first awoke from the Nightsister's ritual he instinctively strangled her, and she might have died then and there without interruption, unable to break his grip. He's a physical beast.

My only issue with proving Sidious's "strength" by referring him holding off Maul and Savage simultaneously is this: Didn't Kenobi do the same thing? Wasn't he in a Saber lock with both of them for a few seconds?

I think matching Mace Windu in strength throughout their entire fight might be the more impressive strength feat.

Kenobi didn't do it nearly as easily as Sidious did. Besides, Kenobi's the guy that had slugging matches with Anakin and Grievous--Both respective physical beasts.
