Except, that's not what Batman does. He doesn't "pull stuff out of his ass" per se. He solves the riddles. He figures out HOW to beat someone. It's not PIS in those cases.

Well Tony would be able to read Bruce's every twitch muscle fiber like he did with Steve Rogers, and beat the living shit out of him period. How many things is he going to accomplish in one week? Your whole arguament is that Tony will suddenly get a crippling brain injury thus allowing for Batman's paltry prep to be able to defeat IM.

He said, our argument is "Batman will find a way" and so I posted a scan of Batman in an impossible situation saying that he will find a way. He says it all the time, and he always does. I was jokingly pointing that out, thus the "lol"
I feel like this is a circular situation.
You say: How does Batman beat Tony?
I say: Finding a way around (or neutralizing) the tech within the prepping scenario because Tony is dependent on it.
You say: How?
I start giving you ways that could easily play out within a comic and you refuse to accept them because you want the other guy to win.
