Mystique's fight scenes are usually done fairly well, and I enjoyed the combat in Deadpool, but a lot of the X-film fights do leave a lot to be desired.
Yeah i was just talking scenes with 1 mutant vs another mutant... but mystique vs Wolverine 1st fight
and wolverine vs lady Deathstrike... are the only fight scenes i enjoyed... but even in those wolverine looked like a bum with claws lol...
I don't think they put much into fight choreography as they should.

Disney would have done this so much better. Disney is the only true marvel despite idiots like Darth Thor who claim Fox knows these characters better.
Give Fox some credit. After getting things so wrong for a few years, they righted the ship after X-Men: First Class.
X-Men getting fully under the MCU banner would be great, but having them in their own universe has worked for them, story wise.

X men first class wasn't anything special though...
Wow where to begin:
The character development and interactions between Charles and Eric in what was basically their origin story. Eric being in that grey area between hero and villain.
Shaw was such a cool villain.
The tie in to the Cuban missile crisis.
Everything just really worked for me. It was the Batman Begins of the X-Men.

Yeah, it will be interesting to see how much of the destruction we see is from his own power. Based on how it's looking so far in the trailers (plus him casually TKing pyramids as Kidpocalypse at the end of DoFP), he looks like his power level could make Phoenix blush, except he actually has control to go with raw strength. In fact, Xavier had already met Jean (and presumably added the mental blocks to keep her from going insane and losing control, as he and Magneto could sense her potential even at a young age, according to X3), yet still claimed Apocalypse was more powerful than anything he'd ever felt.

And, not getting the hate for Jennifer Lawrence. Her version of Mystique, even if it does get too much focus at times, is definitely more memorable than Rebecca's from the first films, by a landslide. The latter Mystique was too one-dimensional.

Beast is so terrible. I wish he didn't appear at all.
And the Wolverine cameo? Eh... Guess we should've seen that coming at least, but if he's under Stryker's leash during this time, then am not expecting much.
Jennifer Lawrence mystique had more lines and scenes than rebbecas... and even then Lawrence's abysmal acting turned her into katnissmystique.
And Rebecca mystique appearance made Lawrence's look like a cheap cosplay ripoff... mostly because Lawrence has no body whatsoever and Rebecca sexy than a MF 😂

To be honest, I really prefer Kelsey Grammer Beast. I liked his portrayal overall. Like during the final battle in X3, he was actually jumping and flipping and dodging around like a super gorilla with a redbull IV, which is more like what I am hoping to see more of.
