Oh! one of those 🙄
Yeah, it could be true though I could say that Flash got the advantage of catching Starbreaker distracted when he was powering up, but I won't do it, because then We will get into Carvermatics
Even on the first panel you can see Flash caught him up by surprise. There is that 😄
Still is a pretty good feat for Superman 🙂

In Wondy/Supes' pre-reboot case, however, it's not like new material is going to come out, nor are we likely to have missed a fight as they tend to be fairly significant.Wonder Woman performed how she did in the last half-dozen times they fought. Superman performed how he did. They have the wins, losses, and draws that they did, fighting precisely as hard as they did. Unless the old universe is returned, that's not going to change.
TBH, if you mean "it's done, it's not coming back, move on", then I'm right there with you.

That kind of sucks TBH.
You read a bunch of material and then suddenly is not canon anymore.
I am reading the whole run of Post crisis Superman but honestly I don't feel like posting the old feats anymore, because they are not canon and is not worth the effort.
Everybody now is debating the new stuff 🙁
And even though the new stuff is decent, it is still not enough

I do see where you're coming from. I imagine that many of the readers after COIE felt the same way. I really enjoyed a lot of preboot Superman, some of my favourite comics are from that era.
I just feel like going over it and over it again gets redundant after a while.

Oh, I still much prefer the pre-reboot ones, and there's more to debate with them than the new versions with so little material, against other fighters at least. They're both very debatable and will remain so.
But with this particular matchup, what I'm saying is there is no new input coming to break any ties, and even aside from that, it's one done often in canon. No new comic is going to come and add info, and any time a fight happens often in canon, the answer is, "How well do they do against each other? About this good!".

Ah. Yeah, I see what you mean.
I'm kind of mixed about which I prefer, as I find things to like in both that I can't really decide between.
Superman runs circles around omega beams twice.
Omega beams are confirmed lightspeed and were gaining on FTL flashes.

mmm
