Second scan can't be more out of context if it tries. Superman was in another country, heard the bullets firing on phone and almost reached there while the bullets were in mid air.

Sorry Bada. I'm just posting scans non-stop and people like JBL are straight up denying it for 20 pages. It gets frustrating after some time.

Superman might can make NORMAL people look like statues, but he cannot make J.garret, powergirl or supergirl ( who ALL have enhanced reaction ) look like statues. he might can outrun them flying in a straight line, but they are ALL close in combat speed, but WW is faster than him in combat but she cannot make him look like a statue.
