Edit: But going off feats outside of the times they've scraped, WW seems to employ her reflexes more than Clark. I.E. Nailing zoom with her lasso and deflecting multiple light-speed projectiles..

You have been shown several instances of Superman capable of reacting to light and also capable of nullify time dilation the SAME way NON-616 Gladiator did and you are just denying the evidence, by saying, "no I don't like this evidence"
Weather you believe Gladiator is faster than Superman or not is your own opinion, but don't TRY to deny the amount of evidence that has been presented to you, jut because you don't like it.
Superman is capable of nanosecond reaction time at the very least.
Same can be said for Gladiagtor, while Thor has microsecond reaction time
