Well, no.It's clear he was racing around them. Both from the art, where he's everywhere and everyone else is in one place, the pane that's literally just a blur, and the broken dialogue from Power Girl, all clearly indicate that conclusion.
Statues? I don't think it's clear they were statues in the same way as say, Superman/Flash's conversation in the diner or when Superman conversed with Hal/Deadman in-between nanoseconds.

What did you expect to happen to the attacks already in progress when Superman went superspeed? There are no screams, and quite obviously the entire scene takes place within the time it takes Power Girl to get from the "l" to the "a" in "Clark".

Nobody was moving in my scan, they were frozen as shown where PG's scream is literally stopped for the whole time superman is blitzing. How can you be so blind? You're literally denying on panel evidence now. If anything I should report you for trolling at this point when you come in every thread and deny every superman feat.
