Well, no.
It's clear he was racing around them. Both from the art, where he's everywhere and everyone else is in one place, the pane that's literally just a blur, and the broken dialogue from Power Girl, all clearly indicate that conclusion.
Statues? I don't think it's clear they were statues in the same way as say, Superman/Flash's conversation in the diner or when Superman conversed with Hal/Deadman in-between nanoseconds.
