The fang already destroyed both Horcruxes. The soul escaped and then in the one scene it interacted with water. In the other scene the soul interacted with Fiendfyre in the films.

You need to watch the films. In the final film both Horcruxes were destroyed by the fang and then interacted with water in one scene and with Fiendfyre in the other.

I am not here to educate you. I am here to disprove your Fiendfyre destroyed a Horcrux in the film. It didn't.
