Based on the films, I'd say Suit vader is not as good with a lightsaber. Pre-suit Vader is definitely faster/more deadly.
But, again going on the films, suit Vader has better force feats (crushing all that shit in the room and causally force-throwing multiple objects at Luke in ESB and even his mind powers seemed to be better: pulling out of Luke's mind the existance of his daughter).

So you've got nothing. Vader is canonically more powerful (as per LotS) and more formidable as seen by his vastly superior feats (such as crushing an AT-AT or battling an enemy quick enough to tag Sidious).

Rots pre suit vader is greater than slower lumbering, please don't short out my suit vader. Only a few seconds is all it took. Luke walked away like a champ because he doesn't need a suit to survive.
