It's been stated on panel that Supes is the most powerful person on the planet and as a matter of fact was the only person that could stand up to Doomsday and eventually take him down.
There's nothing on panel that even suggests the possibility of WW being stronger than Superman. Nothing at all.

Quite unlike a few previous counterparts arguably might have been, DCnU Wonder Woman is not a fully static golem construct.
She is instead a bonafide demigod, a TRUE daughter of Zeus, who can and does possess and channel Pantheon power on her own.
It's actually been demonstrated that the cuff-wearing heroine most people are used to is operating at a self-limited level of physical strength far less than her true natural level.
Limited because she's afraid of what she could do if she allowed herself to go unchecked. Limited partially by the very wearing of those cuffs.
A fair amount of attention was focused on this in her own book.
What is Diana's actual level of physical strength?
We don't know.
It's not seen every time she goes cuffless, but it has been seen at least once when she did.
