I didn't mean that arguing against a character implies one is not a fanboy. What I meant was I argue against Thor when there is sufficient proof that he's on the losing side... which is not so here.
Hulk has shown nothing so far that proves he can take on a fully bloodlusted Thor.

There was no telling who would have won that fight in the end. But since there was no KO and no one was seriously hurt anyway, the best you could do to judge that fight is go by "points", in which case Thor won... if you want to think of it that way.
All in all, I think the director and scriptwriter were very careful to make the match pretty even. Even Whedon says this. That the difficult part was making the match more or less even, not just THor vs. Hulk but with IM vs. Thor as well.
