Well so to did Obi wan yet he couldn't do anything really. So because we don't see something that means that person can't do it. He is clearly has the force and is powerful. He can just use the force to keep his limbs in place. Darth Maul did it against Obi wan and he couldn't do anything.

Why isn't it likely as if he feels threatened he will use the force to stop him from moving and to transport him and vader. Yea and frankly vader can use the force without the need to lift his hands.
