The fact that if khan gets shocked he can't do anything about it, how he can get force choked and disarmed and he's toast. So yea the force is pretty much better than Khans little guns.

He's been described as faiding and out of existence, able to match the speeds of yoda and dooku, speed blitz three Jedi high council members.

Really he didn't lose the force fight, both he and Sidious fell over so thus a stalemate.

Again stay on topic. What I said is pretty straight forward. Once you are hit with lightning from sidious you are done. You are at his mercy. Resilience or not it won't help as seen by Luke. He took it but still had to go through it and couldn't do anything. Accuracy and firepower only works if he has a weapon which he will get taken away from him.

Now, imagine you have a sword in your hand... elbow bend... Now start from your waist like you just block a shot there and move your arm up to your upper body. See the distance traveled there. Now bend your elbow again like you're in a fight. That is the position you're in when you're ready to throw a punch. Now measure the distance from your elbow bent to fully extending your arm to punch. That is all the distance you needed to deliver a punch. The distances are virtually identical. Point is, if you can move your arm that fast to block blast fire you can move your arm that fast to punch. There are no two ways about that.
