Well it does have a lot of other heroes outside of cap which gives me hope. But cap on his own causes no blood to rush to my penis.

His helicopter grab is insane, I love his power upgrades. He's getting close to comic book level stats. And bucky is right up there, his metal arm is even stronger then cap I think.

Reason there is no Spiderman in there is probably the same reason we have seen nearly nothing of him so far at all. Also why we have seen so little of Wanda as well. Supposedly it has to do with Fox and Sony still having movie rights to the characters, so there is some kind of limitation on advertisement or some such shit. They had a bit on it during the one Weekly Planet podcast a while back.
