Yeah, even though his criticisms were well founded. Garfield was the best live action Spidey. His take on Spidey was on point. His take on Peter Parker could use some work, but it was good. I don't see this new kid being able to deliver one liners... yet. I'm pretty excited to watch him grow into the role. His voice will get deeper, and I feel like playing Spidey will become who he is as he continues to grow. He may end up giving us one of the greatest Spidey portrayals ever in a couple of years.

Not to automatically say you're wrong, but Spidey has never reached close to 2b ww. What makes this any different?

Im wondering how OP Cap and WS are going to be now since they now need Spiderman, Iron Man, War Machine Black Panther, Ant Man, Vision, and many more to stop them

Spider-Man will help sell this no doubt. He is the top dog in Marvel imo. But still lagging behind Batman overall.

Well if you account for inflation the Ramai Spider-Man movies were probably making $1Bill in today's terms. Then look at even without Spidey this would make somewhere in the region of 1.3-1.5Bill.

That's the major advantage of doing Solo films first Golgo.

Not sure if TASM2 will have any kind of negative impact on Spider-Man'sgoodwill though. But I reckon the GA have had enough SM solo films and wanted the character in something like this now.
