In terms of quality I agree. Darth Thor really loves the batman v. Superman film. People like him have poor taste.

This film is not going to out open Star Wars. $200 million is probably going to happen.

What does that have to do with anything regarding Winter Soldier's missing ar,.

Ordinarily I'd agree. But I am wondering if the GA is going to feel like we're getting a similar concept (1 Iconic Superhero against the other) twice in the space of a couple of months. In which case it may benefit BvS more, coming out first and having been marketed much more and for a lot longer.

The thing is, both movies Aren't the same. BvS will likely only have Batman and Superman fighting for the first half of the movie at most. Also, there is no on screen history between them....WHATSOEVER. So, the stakes aren't nearly as high.

Civil War however, features not just Tony and Cap going at it, but two entire teams going after eachother. Also, it's more politically charged and there is WAAAAY more weight and history to this story. So, they're really not that much alike.

He's a DC fanboy so dontx expect the facts to mean anything to him. He believes Man of Steel has compared to three phases of marvel.

What movie will make your money do you think?

Pretty cool story on how Punisher helped get Spidey into Civil War.

Nice.

I'm reeeaaally hoping for a Punisher/Daredevil/Spidey cross over in the future. I always love their team ups

Bernthal prolly has the same deal as Cox so it could potentially happen

BvS won't either. It's just after the great CW trailer fans are high in their predictions and not using their damn head.

?? What?? This movie COULD very well set records. IT's going to be a great movie AND a spectacle. Those movies generally set records so saying people assuming it's going to set records is "not using their damn heads" makes you look fairly ignorant.

Just said they both might seem like similar concepts to the GA, not that both movies will be exactly the same.

I mean one is literally called "Batman V Superman" and marketed as such (for the most part) while the other has pretty much been marketed as a War between Iron Man and Cap (although another difference is we know it's Cap's movie).

Both also have mass destruction caused in previous films as the main issue stirring it all up.

Definitely not exactly the same, but definitely might seem like similar concepts.

Let's not forget we're also getting Daredevil vs Punisher on Netflix 🙂

No movie has ever opened to $250 million, ever.

So this film is going to beat Force Awakens now? With massively more competition than Force Awakens had?

??? What is so big that's going to give Civil War a hard time in May?

What came out around November?? I'm not disagreeing I'm just wondering, that is when Star Wars came out

lol lmao lmmfao.. thanks for the laughs.... There is no competition for six weeks when BVS opens on March 25 to when Cap opens on May 6, yet folks such as yourself believe that BVS will open to $200 million plus so please stop being a condescending imbecile because I think that Cap will open $250 million domestic.. Cap has no competition either so yes Cap could very well open that big especially since the Russo's are trusted, as is Marvel and with the inclusion of Spidey.. Peopl also wanna see Stark taken down several pegs.

Star Wars had no competition.. which is one reason why it opened big and made a ton of money.

Spider-Man is gonna boost this film, but you're on crack if you think it's going to do Star Wars numbers.

That last trailer got me super amped
