Sure we can use Buckys robotic arm as an example of being stronger than Cap, but dont get offended if somebody calls you Mr. Obvious for doing so.
Well it is a part of him so ignoring it would be foolish. I'm glad you agree it does count.

Sure it counts. Its just a horrible example. Its like saying the Six Million Dollar Man is stronger than Oscar Goldman.

Ignoring his capabilities would set a bad precedent.

Well, they've already started introducing some more overtly mystical elements in season 2 of Daredevil, and Iron Fist is also likely to have some more mystical elements in it as well. So I think they've given themselves a bit of breathing room in either direction.

Very true

How Civil War would end if it was made by Warner Bros

Except the film would be tinted darker and Cap would be uncharacteristicly furious and about to murder iron man

😂

Joe Russo, the film’s co-director, gave some insight into Stark, saying: “Downey is playing ... a much darker version of Tony Stark than he’s ever played, and he’s crushing it.”

Tone is meaningless as long as it's a well written, well directed, well acted, well edited, well made movie.

When - and if at all - WB realizes that simple fact, it'll be way too late.

Nobody complains about Shawshank Redemption having no jokes and being serious, because it's made really ****ing well!!! Some people keep misdiagnosing what's wrong with the movie and making excuses as to why ppl dislike it......

Darth Thor won't ever get it.

Its not as easy as "include humor, "Lighten up the tone", More quips" etc.
Batman & Robin, Green Lantern , Fantastic Four 1,2,3 all had all those things and they were shit. Why? Because they were badly made movies.

Dc fans like Darth Thor are dense and won't get it. The best part is the DC fans claiming more maturity and darker are eating their words because DC is in a panic to alter their shitty universe.

Downey is a top of the top-shelf actor, he can pretty much "crush" any role he takes on if he so chooses.
