Thanks for posting the obvious. Haven't you seen Sherlock Holmes ? I knew this shit years ago. The guy is awesome and is a part of my marvel u. You like DC and the man of steel. Maybe things will get better for you, downs.

TIL: 'Sherlock Holmes' was Downey's first great role

That was a fantastic performance., I guess you don't love the film or his performance. Shame.

There is a RDJ flick on Netflix right now; Restoration. I thought it was pretty good. Also has Sam Niel and Meg Ryan. Worth a watch for sure. He might not be a genius, billionaire or a philanthropist in it, but he certainly is a playboy

Saw it back in the day, was decent iirc. Not one of his best roles, imo, but that was the mid nineties; right around the time his heavy drug abuse really showed.

Robtard never misses an opportunity to diss a marvel actor. Despicable even from someone with downs.

Well there's a reason RDJ is the highest paid actor in Hollywood.

Robert Downey Jr deserved the Oscar for his role as Charlie Chaplin over Al Pacino in Scent of a Woman. Pacino was great also but he only got the Oscar because it was long overdue.

Also if it hadn't been for Heath Ledger, Downey would've won for playing a black guy in Tropic Thunder.

That has a lot to do with the MCU and the money those films pull in. eg He'd still be a top of the top-shelf actor if he never took on the IM role (god, that would have sucked), but his income likely wouldn't be where it's at today.

Look at it this way: Jackie Chan and Vin Diesel are #2 and #3 (Forbes), neither of those cats are anywhere close to being in RDJ's ballpark, hell, I'd venture to say he's playing an entirely different 'sport' than they are; they don't even deserve to smell RDJ's farts. But Vin Diesel is there because those crappy F&F films make tons of money and all of Asia loves anything Jackie Chan.

edit: TL;DR version, money earned doesn't always tell you the quality of the actor, though RDJ earned every cent he's made

Rember that first trailer for CW , when Cap asked Bucky if he remembers him?
Bucky says, "Your moms name is Sarah..."

What if Tony's mom’s name the MCU is Sarah?
Will they stop fighting and be friends again?

maybe Marvel renamed T'Challa's mom to Sarah so that can make the fight scenes between Bucky and him even better lmao

What if Tony's mom's name is Sara and she had a son that she never mentioned to Tony named John.....

I'd say so.

But it's Probably also due to a bit of shrewdness on his part as well.

Prelude to War.

Pretty cool introduction to Civil War in this trailer.

When RDJ leaves I wonder how or will that effect the popularity of Iron Man?

RDJ is the f*cking man.

In all honesty, I doubt there'll be an Iron Man after RDJ leaves. At least not for a while.

Okay, not sure if anyone posted this yet, but this is TRULY a masterpiece.
