Maybe. But the Grandmaster is way more interesting then her.

Grandmaster was a comic relief character, from his first scene to the post-credits one.

So was Ayesha.

Ayesha, you mean?

Yep.

To a much lesser extent and her final scene actually meant something - Adam Warlock.

Grandmaster was a joke from the beginning to the end.

Yeah he was definitely written more comedically than her.

The film was hardly a complete joke. For all the over the top humour, it was a pretty high stakes movie with some awesome action sequences.

Where is Padme? Is she safe? Is she alright?

The stakes just didn't do it for me at all. I get that there were deaths and stuff got blown up, but I honestly didn't feel like there was enough weight to it at all. A distinct lack of tension too.

And? I fail to see how that makes her a more interesting character?

GotG 2 was awful. Thor 3 was way better in every way. Better humor, better characters, better plot, better action, better villains, etc...

maybe they weren't paying attention, doing crack or just couldn't comprehend what was being said

This film had plenty of stakes and consequences.

It's much better than Guardians 2.

I certainly didn't hate GOTG 2 nor was it a bad film, I liked both Thor: Ragnarok & GOTG 2.

This movie was alright. Super shitty if you consider how much better it could have been if they made a separate movie for Planet Hulk. I really did not like how they did that...Planet Hulk: one of the best modern day arcs in 616, in my arrogant opinion.

Hela: lame. Stupid.

They movie was a comedy set in a super hero setting.

I give this....a 6 out of 10. Perhaps the shittiest out of the "marvel" movies..

Bit depressing of a film, Thor loses everything

His hammer
His hair

Spoiler:
His eye
His planet
His dad

But he discovers true friendship. 😄

Sorry, had to.

But seriously, this movie is

Spoiler:
actually a serious blow for Asgard. They lost Odin, the Warriors Three, the vast majority of their fancy toys and artifacts, their army, and even their home itself. The only real upside is that Ragnarok did not actually bring about their entire extinction.

Which is why I personally don't get some people's gripe with there not being enough stakes/after effects from the film. One of the biggest factions in the MCU was nearly driven to annihilation.

Well Ragnarok isn't actually end of all things for the Asgardian's, Just a clean slate starting over.

I loved both tbh. But prefer Ragnarok.

Rewatched SM:Homecoming. That ones probably the most underwhelming MCU movie this year Imo.

I felt the same with Homecoming, Only thing that saves it for me is Micheal Keaton as the Vulture.

Best Spider-Man film is still Raimi's Spider-Man 2

Yeah Keaton absolutely saved the film.
