The people that debate Anime relies more on collateral damage not knowing everything doesn't circle around that. They think that since Cell can kill Goku with a blast that destroyed Earth, that means they can't withstand planetary attacks not knowing that Cell was powerful enough to kill Goku, even if the planet isn't destroyed during the process. They are also saying that the blast that killed Goku is equal to first form Frieza blast that destroyed planet Vegeta. Ya know, the same Frieza that used a fraction of his 0.025% of his first form power level. If that ain't the most backwards debating style.

Not talking about the non canon movie...I'm talking about in general. Super Saiyan 2 Gohan CAN kill Frieza in a single hit because he did it against beings far more durable. Frieza father even said Frieza is more durable than a planet so why couldn't Gohan do what he did against Frieza against a planet?
You're talking about blasts...I'm talking about physical strength. There's a difference ya know. We have confirmation that Frieza is more durable than a planet. If someone punch a hole clean through him or make him explode from the inside out with a single hit, that speaks volumes.

Has pein tanked a city busting attack before? Don't know why you keep bringing that up. If Pein tanked said attack and someone blew him up with a single hit, I sure as hell would think he could destroy a planet.
Example, I don't need proof that Doomsday can destroy a city block, etc...with his fist, let alone possibly destroy a planet. Even though he doesn't have a single destructive ft like that, him easily damaging beings like Darkseid and Superman is proof enough. Do you not understand this? You keep bringing up this guy...has he destroyed someone that tanked a planetary attack? If so, I would have no doubts in his capabilities of destroying a planet.

They withstood far greater than planet busting. Any attack that could kill Frieza is >>>> planet busting. Any blast that could kill Superman is greater than planet busting. Any blast that could kill Darkseid is greater than planet busting. That's why I posted the clips above but you failed to answer it. Again, which blast is more powerful in the youtube videos? Goku kayoken Kamehameha times 3 is planet busting and Goku threw the same blast at Frieza but time 20 and Frieza tanked the attack and was pissed because it darkened his hand and this came from a much more powerful Goku.
That's one planet busting plus ft. Second...he was near death, chopped in half, then got blasted to more bits by Goku final attack and he still withstood Namek exploding on him.
That's 2.

tanking isnt the same as using your ki to stop an attack from hitting you full force
and he def didnt tank the namek explosion he nearly died if it wasnt for his father

Prove that he didn't allow the ki to hit him in the face because he was ENGULFED in the blast.
He didn't nearly die from the planet explosion, he nearly died from Goku. He was a goner after the last attack but be lived. If you think about it, Namek explosion didn't do anything to him since he was already messed up beforehand.

tanking is when you just stand there and let an attack hit you without recieving damage

He used Ki to make the blast explode...that doesn't take away from the fact that the blast engulfed his entire body.
Tanking is when you are near death and the blast does nothing to your near death body.
