I was dutiful enough to reference the old canon rules as well, but you didn't pay attention. Under the old canon system, Fate of the Jedi: Apocalypse was a C-canon source and this particular passage conflicts with G-canon (George and the films) and T-canon (Star Wars: The Clone Wars).
Either way, it's a moot point. Not that hard to understand, Beefy, and I'm still the master of covering my ass.

Given that Arhael's passage is literally worthless under both old and new canon rules and only was ever at best the opinion of certain Jedi Masters anyway, you can't get more definitive than that.
