It is part of this debate though. It's what I've been talking about since the beginning, i.e. racist jokes at the expense of marginalised groups are harmful.
i can give you an example of white rasicm i have experienced off the top of my head
in japan (gorgeous country) my family and i were asked to leave a resturant because we were white and the owner didnt want to offend his customers, we were a bit shocked, insulted, mum was angry but i was ok with it. i am not saying the country is like that, the opposite infact as the people are lovely but this is one personal example of white rasicm
another example is the middle east, especially pakistan. i got to tour pakistan's capital as a young child. islamabad is a nice place but full of american hatred fuel racism resulting in white racism, to be chinese or of darker coloured skin was fine, no problems, but if you were seen as white you were almost automatically assumed as an american and often slandered

yes it can be harmful, i am not denying that. i just believe that not everyone who has posted in this thread intends to harm in a personal or attacking way
racial jokes are a part of the joke world thou
i personally do not like over bearing sexist jokes but that is my personal preference

I don't really know many traditional, text based jokes, and I want to say that I wasn't talking about whether the racist jokes are funny or not, many of them are funny, they are just also harmful imo, and I personally choose not to make them due to that, and would like to convince others to do the same.

I still think the important thing is the harmful part, not whether it is funny. Jokes are a form of communication, and whether they are funny should not be the only criteria they are judged by.
A penguin is driving along one day and his car starts making this really strange sound.

Because to my knowledge, no minority group has approached you to speak on their behalf.

There are many individuals that are part of minority groups that ask everyone to speak out about these issues.
I don't view that I am speaking on anyone's behalf either, it's just stating my own view, that happens to be in line with what some minority groups think. Like I have said multiple time not everyone that is in a minority group has an issue with it, everyone is free to draw their own conclusions.
