Whiss did NOT say Bills used 70% against Goku, only that he used 70%. That could have been on Earth, which makes sense because Goku is only 60% of Bills's strength, and Vegeta actually bloodied Bills and made him sweat a bit.

If Goku is equal to 60% of Bills power, then logically Bills must have tapped into more then 60% to beat him.

And besides, when Bills called Goku the second strongest he fought, he didn't bring up Vegeta. He referenced the guy eating the parfait.

It was stated that Beerus used ~70% of his power... And that was more than enough to thoroughly stomp SSJG Goku.

No, it was the most accurate scale Toriyama could gauge them to, according to Toriyama himself. He was asked how strong they were, comparatively, and he answered.

It's a good representation, don't get get me wrong. Its just not the exact percentages you're using given how near flippant he's being about it.

Wrong, Bills told Goku he was using 70% and Whis said the same thing, you are ignoring movie showings.

There is the matter that the precise amount likely doesn't matter much, SSJ4 Gogeta is almost certainly much higher. 70%? 150%? GT stacks multiplies on multipliers (Fusion, the biggest multiplying factor in the series, on top of SSJ4, which is itself at least 10x over SSJ3...).

Anyway, I view God Ki in the same light as Sacred Ki in YYH. Sure, it's a higher class than demon and spirit ki, but if you have ****tons of either the latter two, it's not gonna matter how high class your Sacred Ki is

Goku base form got slammed miles into a titanium planet, without getting a scratch or bruise, but SSJ4 got cut on broken glass. It was for plot convenience, to show he could see again. That's all.
