I just wanted to point out that Ben Affleck is 3 for 3 in Superhero review duds.

RTH has it around 64-67 M opening day. Impressive number.

It was a fun movie. Stupid plot, way too powerful villain for these clowns to fight, but it didn't take itself too seriously anyway so it's fine.

Best scenes were the Harley/Joker stuff and the Batman cameo. Wana see more of that film! Bring on the Batfleck movie.

I liked the

Spoiler:
Bruce Wayne/Amanda Waller scene at the end.

I was hoping this before the movie came out.

D. Thor always backs DC films. Third one in a row you've defended. You make me sick.

He hypocritically acts like the dcu is terrible one day but defends every film that has come out. It's like he is trying to put the DCEU down but at the same time defend each film. I cannot stand hypocrites, sport.

Keep having a cry.

I will keep exposing his hypocrisy. You're too weak for the Internet.

Saw that Kevin Smith endorsed this. That's pretty legit.

After seeing the JL teaser & then that scene you mentioned, it occurred to me why is Bruce (nots Bats) openly recruiting metahumans?

And he wasn't a fan of BvS, Well the cinema cut of it.

Plans fell through for tonight. Seeing this tomorrow.

Just watched it, not a bad movie, actually enjoyed it more that i initially thought I would.

The main cast was handle pretty well, especially the trio i.e. DS, Harle and Joker. The plot though could have been more solid, overall it's a good flicks. Wished it was rated R instead.

Double ouch for Jason Bourne and Star Trek. looks like those won't break even.

The Comixology sale for the New 52 Harley stuff /film has totally got me hooked on her as a character from her portrayal outside of the DCAU cartoon. Even with as big of a mixed bag as this film was, I think they got her right as a character and Margot's performance for me was true to character in the same vein as Ryan Reynold's Deadpool and Bernthal's Punisher. I have a hard time seeing any actress replacing Margot for the role. They'll most likely be involved in a Batman film at some point, especially since Leto is dead set on returning.

As for a more detailed review I had more fun with this than BVS, and the actors had much greater chemistry/the levity is a great contrast to the somberness and poor pace of Dawn of Justice. Amanda Waller, Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Leto Joker, are all great additions to the DCEU to me, and even if it tanks due to incompetence to Warner I want to see more Joker, Harley, and Deadshot. The weak points of the film being issues with the pacing/shitty villain, and they subtract some points but I'm not seeing how this is anywhere near as bad as the critics are saying. Other than pacing issues (Joker literally getting to Midway city out of nowhere/shitty expository scenes) and the shitty villain (Enchantress), I had some fun with this film unlike certain points of Dawn of Justice (the beginning political stuff with the senator/post Doomsday fight stuff) only the Villain was cringeworthy for me.

6.5/10 a bit better than Dawn of Justice but inferior to all other Superhero films from this year
