Yeah, critics and reviews be damned. Box office success is the only justification for this movie evidently. Anybody that didnt like the movie is surely wrong.

I'm just the opposite. I find MoS to be unwatchable and the worst of the three. Oh well. Different strokes for different folks.

Which do you consider best?

Out of the last three? Probably BvS even with all of its issues.

BvS - 6/10
SS - 4/10
MoS - 1/10

Funny, as it's the opposite for me.

Unfortunately we know they've done this in the past with other franchises.

IM3 and SM3 are prime examples.

On the other hand both made tons of money too though so... shrug

I was not a fan of IM3 but it didnt suffer from the problems that BvS and SS had.
Plots were a mess, horrible editing, executives tampering, etc.
So as far as a whole movie and how its constructed, IM 3 was superior. Even though I didn't like it.
So I can understand the score.
SM3 was the worst of the trilogy by far, but it was still somewhat entertaining. Plus it was a different time for superhero movies. Dont know why you would go that far in time for an example tbh 😬

So that rebuttal to my post wasn't effective at all.

Financial damage control spam wont change that fact either.
The Da Vinci Code - 758 million - This movie is a masterpiece based on financial success right guys?

IM definitely turned into Transformers in terms of BO. It was total shit.

Don't lie. You said IM 3 was the best one yet.

Same here. Suicide Squad was the worst for me despite it being more entertaining than BVS, and MOS while it finished week IMO was very good for it's first two acts. Basically everything up to the point where Namek has to carry Faora from the battlefield in Smallville was golden.

Then Robo-Squid happened.

Squad>MOS>BVS, IMO. SS is the best one yet.

So, about those 4chan rumors. Looks like there is some truth to those, but it's mixed up. For example, the rumor said Doug Liman was a frontrunner in directing the MOS sequel, but he's actually doing Justice League Dark AKA Dark Universe.

It also said

Spoiler:
Deathstroke
was the villain in the sequel to Suicide Squad 2, but he's actually in Ben's solo Batman movie.

Hope the rumors of George Miller, Sam Raimi, and Alfonso Cauron turn out to be true. Those are HUGE pickups for WB. They already got one, which is Doug Liman.

I really don't see how. It's not even good B grade action movie quality. I wouldn't pick this movie over, say, Demolition Man. Maybe Van Damme's Street Fighter movie.

Nah, i respectfully disagree. It had some great character moments and action. It was tons of fun. I know you didn't like it (Knew several pages ago), so can we please move on and accept others opinions? I really don't care if you like the movie or not.

Nah, I think I'll continue to voice my discontent.

Ok, well you didn't like it and I did.

It's a DC movie, of course you liked it.

SS and BvS both have their good points, so it's hard for me to decide which is better. I think BvS has higher highs, but also has lower lows.

SS has one, maybe two really stand-out scenes for me, but like you said it is more entertaining.

Hey, you leave Demoilition Man alone.

I said that to say that as B Grade action movies go (Big Trouble In Little China, Cyborg, Commando, Cobra, etc.) Suicide Squad isn't on the level of something like Demolition Man but is possibly better than Street Fighter or, say, American Ninja 2.

And now you mention the genius that is Commando. Wtf.

😛

but yeah, I see what you mean.

American Ninja 2 is god tier.
