Anyway Kas'im, Darth Zannah and a amped Raskta Lsu are above CadeSkywalker, in fact, wasn't Celeste the only reason Cade killed Krayt? After she blasted Krayt with a lightning attack and wounded? I'm not saying Krayt.is weak, I just got to give it to Bane. It's a good fight though.

Bane only beat them due to his amp/armor/force abilities/nexuses. He fought evenly with Zannah, but she has beaten no one on par with Nihl/Talon/Sazen or Cade. None of those fights he (won?..) in the case of Kas'im or Raskta were by virtue of Bane's own skill.- he either killed them with force abilities or had a nexus/armor for him to compete
Bane is slower and less skilled than Krayt; and no one Raskta has beat puts her above Cade. Cade's defeats of Nihl and Talon put him above Raskta killing unknown Sith, as Nihl and Talon have both beaten individuals with their own showings (Wolf Sazen, Kol Skywalker)

Now for Carthage. I am going to break down why your assessment of Kas'im and Bane are wrong.
First off Kas'im is stated as being the greatest duelist in the galaxy at that time, that is further backed up by his complete mastery of every single lightsaber form, you can call it technical all you want but some one doesnt master all the forms and still remain unskilled. Now I know you are going to say that the greatest duelist in the galaxy thing is just Banes opinion but there is evidence to support this claim. Kas'im was the lightsaber instructor for the academy on korriban. Since you are most likely ignorant to the workings of the Sith of that era, let me explain. The academies of that era were each specified for training certain types of Sith. Fodder, decent, good, etc, with the students with the most potential getting the best training on korriban. The students of korriban would go onto be the leaders of the Sith and they entrusted Kas'im solely the responsibility of training them. This indicates that Kas'im is the best at the very least among the Sith.
Now as for Sirak being fodder you are wrong again. Sirak was the top student in the Korriban academy and as I just previously explained, korriban is the academy for only the best of the best. These students were above the average Sith, if you need proof then look at Githany who was a fully fledged Jedi Knight and had battlefield experience and yet when inducted into the academy she was only on par with the other students and knew that she had no chance at defeating Sirak. Kas'im as well as other masters often praised Siraks skill and the dark lords of the Sith believed Sirak to be the Sith'ari.
That's right the most powerful Sith of the era believed Sirak to be Sith Jesus. But im sure your right, since he didn't teleport through time and kick Kit Fisto's ass he is obviously fodder. :/

Nephthys is very educated in Darth Bane, yes. Emperordmb is also decently educated. WildBantha88 needs to re-read the Darth Bane novels however.
