Proof that the soul gem is only a door way to soul world? The comic has stated that Soul World is inside the soul gem. It also says this in official handbooks and websites as well.

Surfer also states that "we are prisoners INSIDE the soul gem"

The Soul World dimension is housed inside the soul gem. By your logic this means anyone who lifts the soul gem is lifting a universe, right? And by extension Adam Warlock's neck muscles can support universal weight.

Yeah but miniature black holes don't start at solar system busting mass though, the scans just suggest it could grow to that level if Superman or Atom didn't contain it.

The black hole superman and atom contained barely warped the room they were in, so it's mass wasn't anywhere near "solar system" busting because it never got to grow that large. If anything it's a good durability feat for Superman's hand.
