1. Starkiller from TFU2? Hard to tell, if he was trully Vader's superior, just like Marek was. And if this is Starkiiler from TFU, he was stomped by Darth Sidious already.
2. Was Kyp that strong? Really? -.-
3. Darth Sidious at Tier10? From what I heard, prime Luke was waaaay more powerful (he was almost equal to the Ones, while Sidious... He's overrated in DE. Espiecially, that Luke was far from his prime at that point.
4. Revan and Nihilus were more like on par. Revan had greater knowledge but Nihilus had temporary superior raw power (temporary, since he was like druggy - he had temporary boost at that point). Kreia should be somehow below Revan and Nihilus - but still, the same Tier.
5. Malgus is a lower part of that Tier at best.
6. Leia and Mara probably should be in top section of Tier below.
7. Malak? Wtf? Amped Malak wasn't even equal to pre-prime Revan.

I think Kun's attack on the senate should elevate him up above Malgus and Leia but below Vader and Anakin. He didn't freeze any Force sensitives, but the spell was cast pretty casually and without any prep, and the senate's audience was massive.
I don't think his nexus/prep showings should one way or the other affect his placing on the list, though, and saying he's Plagueis level is reaching IMO. Powerscaling him off of the Jedi/Sorcerers of his era and the Sith Lords that existed prior to his "most powerful" accolades, along with his own power feats, are more reliable methods.
ILS, we should both know Kun is already placed above Vader in source materiel. I have posted the quotes that imply this already. Of note however is that Sidious saw Kun as a genuinely powerful Lord of the Sith as seen in his own personal works. Vader however he saw as nothing more than just another monster he had created as stated in the very same works.

I actually did! My Daughter has had a Tardis plushie since birth, and a Yoda one, my son had a Vader one and a Tardis.
They're both way too young to even understand the concept of a franchise, but I found an adorable homemade Revan plushie online that I had to buy for him, so yeh 😄

Kun's attack on the Senate was quite impressive, but the fact that he was unable to freeze Jedi leaves some doubts.
Vitiate's mind control over strong Force sensitives like Revan or Malak was faaaar more impressive then that Kun's feat.
