He might be low tier 8 or high tier 7, he's got powerful lightning by his TK feats off nexus are really weak. He has no good showings of barrier or deflecting either, his only notable force ability is lightning.

How about that canonical source stating Bane is among the most powerful Sith in history?

Tier 8? IDK. Bane really has nothing other than lightning though.

Cool? Guys like Fisto and Kolar have canonical quotes stating to be among the mightiest Jedi ever as well. But they are still in the "lower" tiers as well. I mean the characters we are listing here are pretty much all Jedi/Sith that are in the top percentile of strength, so most of them are among the greatest.

Well...it'd be possible to reverse engineer Bane's strength.

To do this, you take the power of his lightning off nexus, and compare it to the power of his lightning on nexus. That'll give you an idea of how much of an amp he receives. You could do the same with his TK.

Also, he does deserve some credit for being a 'scholar of the force' and all that studying he did.

Why on earth does Luke have a tier of his own in sabers? He's at best only slightly better than Caedus in that regard, it's the Force rankings where he should have a tier of his own tbh.

And why is Vader a tier above Jaina and Obi-Wan in dueling? lol

He doesn't have his own tier in dueling, he's in the same as Yoda, Sidious, and Caedus.

I'm not sure. At the time of ROTS Yoda was slightly better duelist. Hard to tell if ROTJ Sidious was better then his ROTS self. I doubt it.
I also doubt, that DE Luke was better duelist then Yoda. Or at least his equal. He wasn't in my opinion. And also, Sidious hadn't his oryginal body, only that weak copies. So I also doubt, that he was stronger as a duelist then before.

I would place Yoda, Sidious, Mace, Dooku and Anakin as Tier 9 duelists. Yoda/Sidious would be top of this Tier, possibly with Caedus. Dooku/Mace might be mid part of this Tier and Anakin would be mid/low part.
Or, Yoda, Sidious and Caedus would be the mid Tier, Luke would be top and Anakin, Mace and Dooku would be low.

More then that, Yoda, Sidious and Luke are far superior Force users, their Force valor skills are also superior, which make them even more superior to the others.

Tier 9:
Yoda (top)
Sidious (top)
Caedus (top)
Mace (mid)
Dooku (mid)
Anakin (mid/low)

or:

Tier 9:
Luke (top)
Sidious (mid)

Not at all. As I remember, Plagueis was loosing in pure technical duel to Venamis. He's my top/mid Tier 8. Tenebrous might be level 9 low Tier.

I consider Vader as top/mid Tier 8 duelist. If most of you will disagree with me, then ok. I can accept Vader as low Tier 9 duelist. Anyway, I doubt Lumyia is. Revan might be low Tier 9 as well, but I consider him more like top Tier 8.

The list was dueling, correct? If it was dueling, you forgot a fair amount. If it was Force, you forgot like a million characters.

Yeah, list of technical dueling skills. Who was forgoten by me for example? Malgus? I also consider him as a Tier 8 duelist.

I vote Luke and Sidious in Tier 10, Yoda and Caedus topping out Tier 9.
