Just like Rocky would have. You can't have it both ways.. You can't have creed be killed (as he should be only much sooner) just like a normal human and than have Rocky take supposedly even stronger punches for 15 rounds and not die. You can't try and make Rocky superhuman.. When that same Creed gave him a beating of a lifetime. Where was his vaunted durability then... It didn't magically kick in when he was 40 right? I mean are the lengths you guys will go to suspend reality one minute and then go back to reality the next. It's really quite insulting to see some of the things being said out of ignorance and plain hypocrisy in this thread.
This is what some would have you believe
1. Rocky's durability magically increases with age (unlike every living boxer that ever existed) yet, we know Rocky to be totally human and governed by the same laws. This was the clear presentation of the Rockyverse
2. Rocky's training in Rocky 4 further increased his durability. even though he had been trained by the best trainer in the Rockyverse... for HW title fights.. yet he didn't know how to increase his durability? Please. I mean the amount of bs they are trying to make up here is seriously hilarious
3. Drago is able to punch with the same amount of force in a set environment after juicing up as he would in an actual fight with somebody actively dodging.. rolling.. blocking... stepping away and using angles. Another ridiculous notion to even accept.
4. Rocky's Prime is somehow 40 now, which again defies what the director went out of his way to portray Rocky as a normal guy. Not somebody who's physical make up defies the same laws that everybody else in the world deals with. He couldn't have made Rocky anymore the opposite of that. Rocky has always been a durable guy... that was his thing he keeps on coming. This didn't magically increase over years... He was just doing what he'd always een doing since Rocky 1.
There isn't a single narration that even implies let alone hints at Rocky being physically different than everybody else and not governed by the same laws. NO PLACE is this ever stated or even IMPLIED. Obviously a key plot point like that would've been. All in all the lengths that some of you are going is downright hilarious
