Not that I fully agree with everything Obama has done but what is your basis for that underlined statement, TI? In what ways has he gave the impression to you that he thinks they "must be changed"?

You have listened or heard of all his speeches when he goes overseas apologizing for America. Literally he can't leave the country without offering up "uncle" speeches for us.
