The Emperor's Wrath vs Dooku

Prototypes do.

😬

I'll respond Wednesday night.

Too long. I declare victory!

TBH, no reason to respond. If you do I'm not likely to respond to your post in all honestly as it's incredibly pointless. Neither of us are going to convince the other. Plus I don't actually like Starkiller so I don't really want to argue for him.

Meh, I have off on Thursday - hence the delay.

I'll make the response short then. 😉

I have a sudden urge to do a Revan vs Ventress or Dooku debate (Force only) with S66 now. :mmm:

Lifting something as slow as Dooku was, with that small of a mass?

Not as impressive as increasing the speed of those asteroids 10-20 times what they were originally moving nigh instantly on top of nigh pulzerizing their mass on impact.

The difference would be a hand grenade compared to an FOAB.

Let me help you out by saying... gravity as a helper is negligible.

At the speed they ended up moving, the kind of energy Revan was contributing to the feat was well over 99% compared to the Foundry's artificial gravity.

Doesn't take pixel scaling to **** around with KE = 0.5mv^2 and equations of a falling body with some rough estimates a la eye ball to tell you I'm right :maybe

Weren't you responding to Ant's line of?

If not, fair enough :maybe

Nothing

I just like semantically helping people out understanding feats because I'm bored

You know, like I did talking through Selenial/Fangyman on TOR :maybe

Revan's feat is n-canon. Its game mechanics, not to mention utter bullshit due to the implications of slamming asteroids onto a damned platform.

Hasn't Karpshyan said Revan is like cathedral level at best?

No, lol. He said Revan Reborn can collapse a building with unknown difficulty (he put mindset and circumstances, but he puts that in for every versus).

However, Revan is "far more powerful" than the guy who can telekinetically lift and move around Star Destroyers while simultaneously holding them together. 😉

Pah, a retcon to be sure. The Exile was meant to be stronger than Revan in KOTOR II. Hell the original concept of Darth Nihilus was that his mask was carved out of Revan's skull. The abomination that is the Exile, and the KOTOR II plot as seen by bioware is a poor representation of that story arc and the power levels around it.

Nope! Emails from Chris Avellone, head developer of KotOR II:

"I never saw the Exile as all-powerful, only with an unusual frame of mind and outlook, which made him/her more interesting..."
―Chris Avellone (Knights of the Old Republic 2 Head Writer)

"Revan was one of the strongest Force-wielders ever."
―Chris Avellone (Knights of the Old Republic 2 Head Writer)

"If the Exile could defeat Kreia, Revan would have an easier time of it. (; United with the Exile, Kreia and the Exile vs. Revan? My money’s still on Revan, since in my mind, Revan was a master strategist as well as an extremely powerful Force wielder."
―Chris Avellone (Knights of the Old Republic 2 Head Writer)

"Revan could kick the Exile’s ass..."

A. Do you have images of these emails?

B. When were these statements made?

I do have images, do you want them?

Eh, early 2015 via emails to Avellone.

Yaasss pls

And you do realize that shit had already been retconned by that point right?

Okay, gimme a minute.

In what degree? We got many other sources besides KotOR 2 claiming Nihilus TKed ships.

Because too lazy to post them all individually so late at night:

@Lord Stark

You just got owned.

As for Nihilus, his feats have not been retconned or overlooked.

Some examples:

This datacron holds unheard of power and knowledge collected by an ancient race. You access its power and discover writings which are clearly only one small piece of a massive galactic history: Dark times had come to the Republic. Reconstruction from the Jedi Civil War was still ongoing, and the Jedi Order’s numbers were dwindling. Worse, many Jedi sensed a new Sith threat emerging but could not pinpoint the source. Finally, the Jedi Council called a conclave on the Miraluka colony of Katarr. The order's Masters, including the legendary Vandar Tokare, gathered to discuss the possibility that the Sith had returned. They did not know that Darth Nihilus, a being of pure hunger and dark side power, was approaching the colony. Drawn to the assembled Masters, Nihilus devoured the life energy of everything on Katarr. Millions of Miraluka died, along with most of the Jedi Order's senior members. Walking Katarr's lifeless surface later, Darth Nihilus came across the only survivor: the traumatized Miraluka Visas Marr, whom Nihilus took as his apprentice.

You access its power and discover writings which are clearly only one small piece of a massive galactic history: The forces of the Sith Triumvirate had hunted the Jedi almost to extinction. The Jedi Exile, cut off from the Force, went in search of the remaining Jedi Masters and, perhaps, an explanation. But the Exile's mentor, Kreia, had other plans–when the Exile finally gathered the Masters, Kreia slew them all. As the Exile recovered from this encounter, Kreia deliberately enticed the terrible Darth Nihilus to the planet Telos Four. Nihilus prepared to devour all life on the planet, and Nihilus's dreadnought, the Ravager, was met by the Republic Navy and Mandalorian forces. During the battle, the Exile boarded the Ravager and faced Nihilus. Unable to devour the Exile as he had so many others, Nihilus was finally defeated. With Telos safe, the Exile pursued Kreia.

How did I get owned? I never stated the emails didn't exist I simply wanted them for my collection. Anywho, Nihilus is clearly an anomoly that absolutely ****s the powerscale considering his feats eclipse...well just about everyone's.
