Been that way for awhile now.

Two very minor things that don't affect the main campaign. There's still offline pawns, they do the job fine. And the online Ur-Dragon is just s "World Boss" with way too big a health pool that everyone chips the health away at and few people get to actually finish off, never had much interest fighting something like that.

The offline Ur-Dragon is good enough for me, if I ever want to challenge it. Which I may not.

The are very specific things you can only get by fighting and even KILLING the online ur-dragon.

And nothing you need to beat the game. It's like that ultimate keyblade from Kingdom Hearts, yeah you can go to the drudgery of unlocking it, but why bother when the Oblivion blade is all you need?

"Hi, welcome to the arena."

All I wanted was the double jump. 🙁

But notches will do..

The Pleasure House is a double entendre.

Settling things up with a certain someone was a real pleasure.

I am not liking the new Baldurs Gate 3 reviews...

Not a bit surprised.

Just one look and I can tell its utter shit. Like most games these days.

But at least some reviewers are smart enough to see how bad this particular dumpster fire is.

I just dont know

This letdown makes me feel the new vampire masquerade game will be bad too

It is still in Early Access.

What’s wrong with it?

The reward for the Greenpath platforming nightmare is SO not worth it.

Especially now that I have Quickslash.

Why did they decide to make this one nail art such a chore to get anyways, when Cyclone Slash and Dash Slash were no trouble at all?

Sony has updated how their trophy system works overnight. Yesterday my trophy level was at 13.

Today it is at 227 lol.

In other words they screwed another thing up.

Typical corporate dysfunction. They probably hire middle school kids to save a buck.

Maybe this guy is wrong, but I read this and...eh:

So what do you think, is there any real reason to get Great Slash when you already have Whirlwind or Dash Slash's on tap?

Already did.

That's why I'm asking. Because its just way too much effort to grab what's essentially a variation of two other moves you can get without cursing at your TV screen like a drunken sailor.

Essentially they're all Megaman like charge up attacks, you hold down the attack button and do a super attack that does 2.5 times normal damage. They ALL do the same amount of damage.

The differences are how they're executed.

I guess Great Slash would be pretty handy for the wall hopper stages in the Fools Arena.

A lot of comments I've been reading on the internet from PSN users seem to be in favor of the new trophy system. Personally though, I think I like the old one better. It made me feel like I actually accomplished something worthwhile when I finally attained a new trophy level thru a lot of effort and patience.

Yay, I got the Monarch Wings!

Pretty evil placing them past a spiked pit where you'd naturally assume you need the double jump to cross. The many deaths just trying to pogo through that pit. 😒

Broken Vessel should have been hard, probably. But I just put on my Stalwart Shell, my Quickslash, and spammed the crap out of the attack button between periods of invulnerability.

Only died three times because I didn't think to apply Joni's blessing on top of it.

Am I right to assume pretty much everyone ever cheeses the game like this? I mean, invulnerability extender and limiters removed from attacking as fast as you can press the attack button, how can you not?

Star Ocean: First Departure R on Switch.

I shouldn't be increasing my backlog like this since I haven't finished Ys II and still need to do Ys Origins (just bought it on Switch) Memories of Celceta (haven't bought yet), Ys Seven (haven't bought yet), and Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of DANA (just bought it on Switch).

I was gonna buy Star Ocean on PSP, but I have plenty of room on my switch and not too much on my PSP, and it was WAY cheaper then buying the psp physical copy even on Digital.

On-Topic, Cave of Seven Stars is ****ING me up.

Naw, he's one of the easier ones. Lost Kin might be the hardest of the dream bosses, though.
