Star Trek Beyond was by far the worst movie from the summer and for this year. it wasn't star trek, it was fast and furious in space.

You guys are nuts lmao, it wasn't that bad. Calling it the worst summer film when two more likely candidates are Suicide Squad and Independence Day Resurgence

I can't judge if it's the worst summer movie. I tend not to see movies when they come out..unless somehow I accidentally find a bootleg copy on the ground.

So I can't speak about Suicide Squad and all that, but this latest film just didn't get me hooked. The first two kinda did. Ohh Kirk is a rapscallion who thinks he can beat up 4 guys at once?! Sold!! Ohh Kirk is a rapscallion who thinks he can lie to Starfleet about breaking the prime directive?! Sold!!

Ohh Kirk is..whiny and depressing? Eh.

Okay so I watched an episode of Voyager I hadn't seen before. The one where they confront an embodiment of fear who has been created in some kind of computer simulation.

Then at the very end when they defeat "fear" the poor thing is all "I am feeling afraid" and then Janeway whispers " I know" and then..the episode f*cking ends lol. WTF?

Yeah it really was that bad.

It was pretty good IMO. I want an all-out war in the next film though.
