Vader isn't demolishing an enraged Maul like Sidious did when an inferior combatant in Ahsoka gives him a great fight. Vader also doesn't have anything to suggest he can dismantle the B-Team like Sidious did, and Mace legitimately beating Sidious is pretty ambiguous at best. Sidious beat the most powerful Jedi at the time. Vader has no feats comparable.

Well it only puts Vader ahead in Sabers. Not in an all out. So your statement wouldn't apply.
Just because Vader remained the apprentice doesn't mean he can't be superior in any way. I'm pretty certain Vader is the superior pilot for one.
