Another ****ing waste of time.

A shame, Super looked like it was getting more interesting.

Just like WCW with the NWO. And just like WCW, they **** IT ALL UP.

Toriyama can't do compelling, intelligent writing. Either that, or he's just lazy and gives his brain dead audience exacty what he thinks they deserve: Warm shit.

At least there's My Hero Academia, for something good. (And All Might would punk Goku so hard..)

Which episodes/arc wasn't a waste?

Even while standing still the God of Destructions were moving at super speed. Great battle. I hope his Blue form does mean something to Jiren because Goku was shocked that Jiren was able to get past him (and I'm sure Jiren isn't even powered up). I honestly believe Jiren is going to make short work of Goku.

Well, I mean, Goku has to win this fight in the end, though.

Tbh, all of them thusfar have been overall. At times it looks like things are going to be interesting (like the Goku Black arc) but those ended up Fallon apart in the end. The original Battle of the Gods movie was pretty good, but the show retconned it with an inferior version...

question. I was under the impression that yamcha waiting for his invite would be a running joke, but they kind of ended it in a not so comical way. Why did he get so much focus in previous episodes if there was no pay off?

Hopefully he won't have to fill in for Frieza. 😘

.... also, Gin/Arak/Ivan/Liquir are badasses.

So, Gin didn't take part to the sparring match because "the outcome was obvious".
This means two things:

- or he was already knowing that they would have destroyed the arena and thus they should have had to rebuild it;
- or he his stronger than the other 3 so the outcome being his victory was obvious.

In any case, the fact that he was the only one of the 4 Gods not fighting puts a question mark on his head, since nothing happens for nothing.

Still, I believe that, overall, those 4 are the strongest Gods.

Oh, and Liquir is badass.

Question. We are at episode 97...when you got to episode 30, what made you continue? Seems weird to watch something you don't like (especially a 100 episodes) and i don't think that you are a weirdo.

I honestly think Gin is probably the strongest hakaishin, followed by Liquir/Ivan/Arak.

Liquir Goku Black sword was dope as ****, though.

Regarding Goku winning the fight against Jiren: he needs a new transformation. At least if Toei plans on keeping the fight consistent in terms of PL's.

You're correct, Gin is the strongest which is the reason he said "why would I join? The outcome would he the same". They recently did a ranking on who is the strongest to weakest Gods.

It's crazy they broke that indestructible metal with just clashes...not even touching the ground.

Jiren is treating Goku like he is nothing. The guy is sitting on the sidelines watching while everyone fights, like they are or insects or something.

I suspect Jiren's power will break the arena at some point. Especially if he's actually above Vermod and Beerus.

I don't because universe 7 is going to win, and Goku is going to be the reason why. Arc after arc in Super it's always been Goku. Even though it wasn't his power in Goku Black arc, he called Zeno for help.

😆 They haven't cared about power levels at all this arc...

Also Toei wrote themselves into a corner when they made base goku and vegeta so much stronger than everyone back in RoF, cause they just threw that out with rage boost Trunks being on their level, and now Gohan is at least on par with ssb, and 17 is probably the second strongest by his sparring match. Vegeta is probably like 4th strongest again.

Gotta love ranking Hakaishin based on nothing. The Dragon Ball fandom in a nutshell.

Don't think people are taking Vegeta training into effect when discussing this. The guy just finished training for no telling how long. To the point of destroying the room, twice.

Toei presented Hit as being the be-all-end-all on his first appearance. Dude even effortlessly beat SSB Vegeta, but Goku met the challenge just fine. I'm sure Goku vs Jiren will seem one sided at first, but Goku's power will then be scaled up to his level for dramatic effect and Goku will ultimately win with kaioken x 100 or something.

Naah, I think plot is going to take Jiren out. Hope Vegeta and Goku don't merge. If Jiren is more powerful than Beerus, it will probably take Goku, Gohan, and Vegeta triple teaming him to pull the victory. Jiren being more powerful than Beerus is scary...hes not even a small percentage of being more powerful than him either. The gap is big.

If Thor holds back, Jiren might get a hit in I'll admit.

😅

Lol

Odinson Thor?

He beat the Godbutcher, so yeah. He rapes the Dragon Ball pantheon.
