And I hope the next episode is a trick, triplecross or something. Frieza up and betraying Universe 7 at this point is TERRIBLE TERRIBLE storytelling and a complete waste of bringing him back. Hopefully there's more to this than meets the eye. Maybe if he had done it at last minute (i.e. 5 remaining people in the tournament), it would be a great twist, but right now is just silly. So again, lets hope that there is more to the previews than meets the eye.

So this proves that Roshi is a flee to black hair Goku. Also, Goku will be fighting that Pink Girl in his black hair form and if he does good this would make him>>>>>Android 17. Also, anyone have scans of Beerus vs the Gods of Destructions...

I have two of them:

Dude nearly beat Frost on his own despitehaving already used the mafuba prior to the fight several times and being completely exhausted from previous fights. What episode were you watching? 😂

Yeah, if there's not more to it than what the preview showed, then **** Frieza.

He was fodder until he used the jar. We watched the same episode...You just had your DBS hate glasses on.

That's amazing. All of the Gods are not there though. Still a good showing for Beerus. Crazy thing is, Vegeta did better than the group of them against Beerus.

Frost specifically went after him because he was completely exhausted. Roshi then proceeded to do well despite this. Perhaps if you watched the show for a little more than fishing for feats for Goku vs Superman, details would not continue to escape you. 😛

Nah. As soon as Beerus got remotely serious, he oneshotted Vegeta with no effort. I would assume Beerus was trying just as hard as the other GoD's here, and he didn't effortlessly oneshot any of them, (he's just shown to be decidedly above).

Agreed.

Vegeta in Super Saiyan mode took on both Frost and Magetta. A powered up Roshi was fodder to Frost. Super Saiyan Vegeta pales in comparison to Blue... You get where this is going. Frost toyed with Roshi and Roshi was still fodder. Also, Vegeta casually blocked an attack while in black hair form without looking that connected on Roshi.

Who ever said anything to the effect that SSJ Vegeta <= Roshi? 😂

As for the rest of what you said, Roshi was worn out. This was stated. Frost nearly got solo'd by a worn out Roshi. This was shown. Class dismissed. 😛

Is Carver saying stupid shit again?

Too tired to read, and don't even know if there was supposed to be an episode on, and can barely focus right now, but I see his name near the bottom which usually means one thing..

Because of mafuba, not because of raw power and a reflected mafuba from an even weaker Roshi solo'd Vegeta. So Roshi actually solo'd Vegeta.

Like carver said... Roshi is a flee to base Goku.

I don't know about you, but I'm used to watching shows where experience, wits and techniques, in addition to raw strength, can be used to win a fight. So I'm not exactly sure what difference it makes here.

Carver dislikes the handjobs Toriyama has given the non-saiyan characters not named Tien. You seem to share similar feelings. And I guess . . . you're entitled to your own pesonal head canon, but in my eyes, what's shown and stated on screen is to be accepted until the writers explain otherwise. Very simple. 😕

When carver said that he is a flee to base Goku, he was referring only power wise, it was pretty obvious. Don't make excuses about head canon because you didn't understand what carver had meant. Roshi mafuba solo'd Vegeta and even though that happened, we know Roshi is still a flee to Vegeta... quite simple.

And the best is that in reality you actually agree with carver about Roshi being a flee to Goku, Vegeta or Frost 😉

Sure, Roshi isn't the strongest but Frost is even weaker. Like he didn't even notice Vegeta, or Mafuba until afterwards. And was still overpowered by a weakened buff Roshi. How did Vegeta not just send Frost flying off with one punch or how he didn't just get him out of the ring at all being two steps from the edge is beyond me.

Goku apparently forgets he has IT when it's convenient to not go save Roshi also... Though I am glad the theory of out order if finally debunked with Vegeta staying in. Course, I like how Frost can grab the Mafuba and use it against someone else..

It's not an excuse. Carver was referencing the scene where Goku and Roshi were trading blows in that episode at the stupid Tien temple. The one where Goku is going at it with Roshi and having a good time doing so. There was absolutely nothing in this episode to refute that that happened and actually some stuff to legitimize it. I bring up headcanon because that's basically what you're relying on to suggest something besides what the animation and statements were telling us. Pure and simple.

What? Nah, there's nothing simple about that. That argument is basically the equivalent to saying it rained on Tuesday, therefore 9/11 was an inside job. Like what?!?! It doesn't follow. It's one big fat non sequitur. What happened is that Roshi tried to mafuba Magetta, Frost surprisingly interfered and managed to reverse the mafuba to Vegeta. Whether Roshi would be able to successfully pull off the technique in a legitimate 1 v. 1 fight with Vegeta is a different story (and I doubt it personally), but it still doesn't allow us to infer that he's a flea to base Goku or Vegeta.

I don't (for starters, I don't even know what a 'flee' is). But if it's easier to cope thinking that, then by all means. 😂

If Goku remembered he had IT, Universe 7 would still have all 10 members.

I'm also glad to see that Vegeta isn't the third guy to go. As a Vegeta fan, I'm hoping he's the last man standing, but something tells me that won't happen. 😂

Still loving how PlagueOfGripes who did that Japan doesn't like Tien video I posted, pretty much coined the term "Toriyama handjob" (at least far as I know), and some of us have been using it ever since. lol

No homo, sometimes I wonder how much ass Tien would've kicked had he gotten the Toriyama handjob... Of course, only Goku and Gohan will get the Tori double handjob this tournament, but who knows.
